Arrowood Farms is the Hudson Valley's premier farm brewery located at 236 Lower Whitfield Rd, Accord, NY 12404.
The best way to get to Arrowood Farms is by car. PLEASE CARPOOL! There is no public transportation to Arrowod Farms.

All tickets for Impact Concerts shows at Arrowood Farms are sold exclusively through our ticketing partner, TIXR. Here’s a link to all upcoming events: https://impactconcerts.tixr.com/

An email with your PDF / digital tickets will be sent to you approximately 2-3 days before the event. If you haven't received them, check the "My Orders" section of your Tixr account!

Please carpool! Limited on-site parking is available for $10/car per day in advance ($15/car per day on the day of the event - CASH ONLY). We recommend buying your parking pass in advance through TIXR to save time and money!
Limited parking for vehicles with ADA placards or license plates is available. Please identify yourself to a parking attendant when you arrive. ADA vehicles must also have a Parking Pass!
Please do not bring any RV campers or other long vehicles. We don’t have space!

Yes! There will be PLENTY of local food vendors offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions! Come hungry!

We do not provide seating for concerts at Arrowood Farms and encourage you to bring your own! We do not provide seating for VIPs either!
We allow LOW-BACKED CHAIRS (UNDER 30″) TO ENSURE GOOD VIEWING FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS. THESE ARE ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE NO CHAIR ZONES.

• Bags smaller than 16”x16”x8” will be permitted inside the venue.
• Please bring an EMPTY reusable water bottle which can be filled at our water bottle filling station!
• Low-backed chairs (under 30″) to ensure good viewing for your neighbors. These are only allowed outside no chair zones.
• Strollers that are reasonably sized and do not obstruct the view of others
• In the event of rain, handheld umbrellas are allowed in the venue and in seating areas but must be closed and stored during sets so as not to obstruct the views of others.
• Non-professional cameras are permitted but cannot be used to reproduce the event and must not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the festival. (No audio or video recording)

• Bags larger than 16”x16”x8” will NOT be permitted inside the venue.
• No blankets - the concert field isn't large enough to accommodate them.
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• No glass containers
• No illegal substances
• No weapons, firearms, knives, box cutters, tools of any kind (including hammers, knives, screwdrivers, etc.), pepper spray, mace, or any kind of item that could be used as a weapon.
• No professional audio visual equipment
• No beach umbrellas, beach balls, or pop up tents
• No pets (sorry, we love dogs and cats but cannot allow them into the event). Please DO NOT plan to leave your pet in your car!
• No drones

Yes, of course! Concerts and Festivals at Arrowood Farms are family-friendly!
For all events EXCEPT for Woodsist Festival, children 10 and under will be admitted free. For the Woodsist Festival, children 10 and under require a Kids Ticket ($5/day).
Arrowood Farms is a working farm, and we are not responsible for your kids! Please keep an eye on 'em!

• Access to VIP viewing area in front of the Stage
• VIP-only dedicated private indoor flushable bathrooms

To ensure our fans' safety and efficiency of our entry operation, we are not able to allow re-entry. That means that you may only enter the Festival once per day and will not be able to leave and re-enter. Sorry, but you can't go back to your car. Please bring everything you'll need into the Festival with you when you arrive!

Sorry, but the is no camping at Arrowood Farms. If you are interested in camping nearby, checkout Thousand Trails Rondout Valley or SoHi Campground!

Sorry, but you may not leave your car overnight at Arrowood Farms. All cars left over at the conclusion of the event will be towed at the owner’s expense.
